Ordering

What size should I buy? (ring)

Most of the rings are expandable. If you're not sure about which size to buy, please send us a message directly either by mail (christian@apolge.com) or on Instagram @apolgeparis. We're excited to hear from you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, let us know as soon as possible by using the contact form and we'll do as much as we can.

I have placed an order but have not received the confirmation email

Every time you place an order on our website, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive this, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, get in touch with us on by using the contact form.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please keep in mind that we don't cover the potential taxes you might be requested to pay in your country.
