At APOLGE, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Because many of our creations feature natural pearls, gemstones, and artisanal finishes, every piece is unique.
We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, pouches, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Before returning an item, customers must contact APOLGE to receive return instructions.

Items returned without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any associated fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as APOLGE cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original sealed packaging.
Earrings showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
NATURAL MATERIALS & HANDCRAFTED DETAILS
Many APOLGE pieces incorporate natural pearls, gemstones, and handcrafted elements.
Slight variations in shape, color, size, texture, surface characteristics, inclusions, or finishing details are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at zora@apolge.com and include clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, APOLGE will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify APOLGE within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Certain products may be excluded from this right where permitted by applicable law, including personalized items and products sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
