APOLGE is a France-based curated jewelry platform offering a selection of independent designers, artisanal creators, and limited-edition collections.

ARTICLE 2 — Products

APOLGE offers a curated selection of jewelry pieces, including independent designer jewelry, handcrafted creations, consignment items, and limited or pre-order collections.

Each piece is carefully selected and presented. Due to the artisanal nature of certain products and the use of natural materials such as pearls and stones, slight variations may occur. These are inherent characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

ARTICLE 3 — Pricing

All prices are indicated in euros (€), including applicable VAT.

APOLGE reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout.

ARTICLE 4 — Orders

Orders are placed via the online checkout process.

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed.

APOLGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud suspicion, payment issues, or prior disputes.

ARTICLE 5 — Payment

Payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment providers.

Full payment is required at the time of order. No order will be shipped before payment has been fully received.

ARTICLE 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Depending on availability, items may be shipped from France, directly from designers, or via logistics partners.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product type, production method, and destination country.

APOLGE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

ARTICLE 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions may apply for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, as well as products purchased during physical showroom events where legally applicable.

ARTICLE 8 — Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned items.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Items that are damaged, worn, or not returned in original condition may not be eligible for refund.

ARTICLE 9 — Product Characteristics

APOLGE offers handcrafted and curated jewelry pieces.

Customers acknowledge that natural stones and pearls may vary in shape, color, and texture, and that handcrafted pieces may differ slightly from one item to another. Sterling silver and other metals may naturally oxidize over time.

These characteristics are part of the identity of each piece and are not considered defects.

ARTICLE 10 — Liability

APOLGE shall not be held responsible for improper use, normal wear and tear, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from lack of care.

Product visuals are non-contractual and provided for illustrative purposes only.

ARTICLE 11 — Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

APOLGE complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ARTICLE 12 — Intellectual Property

All content on the APOLGE website, including images, text, branding, and design, remains the exclusive property of APOLGE or its partners and is protected under intellectual property laws.

ARTICLE 13 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The Customer may contact an accredited consumer mediation body. Failing agreement, disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts.
