POND IN THE FISH was founded in Hong Kong at the end of 2022 and is currently based in London. Most of the works are created with wax-carved cast silver pieces, which are inspired by the founder's interest in Chinese grammatology. Some pieces are influenced by the Oracle Bone Script dating back to 1600 BC, others show traces of the seal carving methodology of the Zhuan character; exploring what remains and what is carved, and reinventing this process into jewelry.
